As we are a small, family run business, please allow 1-4 business days processing times. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped!
During peak periods (sales, restock and new release nights), please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.
If you're missing items or have any concerns about the products you received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Import taxes & Duties
Your order may be subject to Import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This varies by country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Aziel & Luca cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/ taxes applied to your package. The buyer will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact you local customs office for further information. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery in some packages.
Returns
No Returns! Exchanges Only!
Our policy lasts 14 days for shipped orders (from delivery date) for store credit and exchange only. We do not offer money back. If the 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
support@azielandluca.com. Non-Returnable Items are listed in the bottom.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unworn, unused, free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
