Our current turn around time to package and ship your orders is 2-5 business days, and up to 7 business days during sales, restocks and new product launches. You will receive an email notification with tracking once your package ships.
Choosing a quicker shipping method does not speed up our processing time to package and ship your order. This simply means the shipping carrier will expedite your shipping once they are in possession of your package.  


Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.



No Returns! Exchanges Only!

Our policy lasts 14 days for shipped orders (from delivery date) for store credit and exchange only. We do not offer money back. If the 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Non-Returnable Items are listed in the bottom. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  All exchanges that require shipping is at the expense of the customer for both ways to and from warehouse.
